The districts still keep the atmosphere of an ancient feudal domain whose buildings are listed in the preservation district of group of traditional buildings of Japan and where there are also former samurai houses. You will spend the night in an old house built more than one century ago and renovated into an inn. This accommodation is the perfect symbol of this traditional city and its historical landscapes. You will enjoy a stay as you were back in time. Moreover, choosing this kind of accommodation will contribute to help preserving the historical streets of Japan.

Your meals will be prepared as a french cuisine but carefully made with local products as chestnut, black bean or tanba beef. On your way back to Kyoto, you will stop at Kameoka. From there you will enjoy a boat ride on the Hozu river to reach Arashiyama. The ride takes about 2 hours.
