It is possible to reach all the attractions by foot but we recommend to take the local bus or to rent a bike, if you want to save time and fully enjoy Naoshima's Art. Few buses are running everyday and the number of seats available are limited: so we highly recommend to check the schedules and to come in good time at the bus stop, especially during high season. If the weather is good, we suggest you to rent a bike and enjoy the gentle sea breeze of Setouchi, rather than waiting for a bus for a long time.
Please note that the road contains more or less steep slopes, so do not hesitate to ask for a bike with electric assistance.
